Twelfth Night is the beginning of the Carnival Season in New Orleans. The couple chose this momentous evening for their sophisticated and fun ceremony. The bride wore red, the groom was in tails and top hat. A private dining room at Antoines Restaurant was filled with Red Roses for this happy occasion.
A wedding at the Degas House on Esplanade Ave featured a grape fine arbor filled with flowers. This wedding took place in 1997 and was the first I performed at the Degas House. Edgar Degas stayed here with a family member and painted several of his famous pieces here.

Destination Wedding. This couple from Dallas married in the upstairs courtyard of the Ritz Carlton. Flowers twined around the posts of the Gazebo and the sweet watery sounds of a New Orleans fountain accompanied the music.
